The ideal candidate:
1.
should be energetic, between 25-40yrs with a minimum of 5yrs experience as an Executive in an export/ import oriented shipping environment
2.
should be very conversant in all documentation procedures related to export/ import & port of Colombo formalities
3.
should be a good leader who is able to motivate a small team effectively and achieve deadlines
4.
should have very good interpersonal skills to blend well with related organizations, both local & overseas, as well as with superiors & subbordinates
5.
must be dedicated & willing to work long hours when required
6.
have an excellent command of written and spoken Enfglish
