The ideal candidate should possess G.C.E. A/L qualifications together with 2 years working experience in handling inbound queries. The applicant should possess sufficient knowledge on ticketing procedures and the ability to communicate in English fluently.
Aged between 22 – 35 years, applicant should be proficient in computers (MS office, internet).
