Call Centre Executives
JOB PROFILE
* Handling customer inquiries
* Maintaining good relationships with new and existing customers
* Giving detail information about the product and services
* Maintaining customer profiles and follow up with customers
PERSONAL PROFILE
* Should be below 30 years of age
* Should have passed GCE O/L and A/L.
SKILLS PROFILE
* The applicant should have a minimum of 01 year experience in the similar capacity
* Should have excellent communication skills (All three languages will be an added advantage)
* Should be computer literate and part qualification of CIM/SLIM will be an added advantage.
