Washing Manager (location at Bangladesh)

We are a group of Companies with head quarters in Hong Kong and factories in South East Asia. In the process of expanding our business, we now seek professionals from the garment & textiles industry and other industries that are labour intensive and in mass manufacturing.
Washing Manager (Location at Bangladesh)
This is a very technical position. Salary in total is US$5-6000/per month depending on experiences, tax free.
Requirements :
- needs to work for same capacity as Washing Manager for at least 5 years.
- have hands-on capability on all the dry & wet processing
- able to provide chemical recipe to achieve the required garment effect.
Job Specs:
The person needs to specialize on denim production & sampling & to:
- write and implement an improved operating procedures manual for wet and dry processing;
- train our employees on wrinkle free, garment dye & denim washing the correct techniques;
- standardize all chemical formulations;
- cut chemical usage levels while reducing costs;
- develop new washes, increase production output, improve quality & reduced re-washes;
- interact w/merchants & designers in improving production methods.
The position is required to work in Bangladesh, accommodation is provided. The candidates must with passport on hand so that we can arrange them to visit Hong Kong or Bangladesh for an interview. All candidates must be able to speak very simple English.
