ETAL is seeking experienced, skilled and motivated individual to take on the post of HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER.
1.
Applicants should possess qualifications in human resource management and have a minimum of 5yrs experience with at least 3yrs in similar capacity
2.
ability to impleement and manage all HR related functions and systems keeping in line with the industry standards and labour laws
3.
applicants should have strong communicational, organizational and inter-personal skills. The ability to work independently and under pressure, a high degree of personal discipline and integrity, will be key criteria in selection
The remuneration package will be negotiable depending upon the suitability of the applicant.
