Legal Officer cum Company Secretary
Ocean View Development Co. (Pvt.) Ltd
A joint venture of National Housing Development Authority and Urban Development Authority, under the purview of the Ministry of Construction, Engineering Services, Housing and Common Amenities.
Applications are invited from suitable and competent citizens of Sri Lanka for the above vacancy in the company.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Attorney-at-Law/ (Chartered) with Notary License cum Secretary with minimum of 5yrs experience
2. relevant court experience in property matters and experience in working as a Company Secretary
3. age: preferably below 45yrs
Salary Scale:
* Rs.28, 630.00 + (10x750.00) + 20% + 10% + C.O.L. Allowance
* A travelling allowance of Rs.8000.00 (Grade III of OVDC Salary Scale)
The aforesaid position is subject to:
* Appointment is permanent with six months’ probationary period
* EPF contribution will be 10% by the employee. OVDC will contribute 15% and 3% for EPF and ETF, respectively.
